Geographically, Davao Occidental is an agricultural province where the primary livelihood of people is farming in the uplands and fishing in the coastal areas. One way of stirring the economic growth of the young province, considering its physical structure and attributes, is through enhancing the skills of human resource and promoting entrepreneurship through trainings.
