How to Avail

This program is open to all faculty-students researchers who wish to conduct food research on the following priority products using the HITS equipment namely: spray dryer, vacuum fryer and water retort:
•    Emergency and calamity foods
•    Food products utilizing the abundant resources found in Davao region,
•    Market/Industry driven food products
Interested proponents are required to submit 2-3 pages capsule proposals which should include the following:
•    Project Title
•    Rationale/Significance
•    Objectives
•    Methodology
•    Expected Output
•    Line Item Budget

A funding support of a minimum of P 30,000 will be provided through the Food Processing Innovation Center – Davao and possible funding augmentation from Philippine Council for Industry, Energy, and Emerging Technology Research and Development (DOST-PCIEERD).

Deadline for Submission
